- For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
- All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
- International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).
Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

Our carrier is available in Small and Medium. The Small fits pups up to approximately 10 lbs, and the Medium fits pups up to 18 lbs (depending on length and build). Always measure your dog’s length and height for the best fit.
How do I clean the carrier?

The carrier’s exterior is made from coated, wipe-clean polyester. Spot clean with mild soap and water, then air dry. Bases: Zip open, remove foam and rigid inserts, wash on delicate, hang dry and reassemble. Bag: spot clean with mild soap, air dry.

Our bag is not designed to be an airline carrier and is not TSA approved. TSA carriers have full mesh closures.
