How to participate: Show off your dog's best Red, White, and Blue finery with a great Instagram photo and tag @CanineStylesNYC & #CS4th by July 5th at 11:59pm EDT for a chance to win an online shopping spree on caninestyles.com!
Contest rules: Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by July 5th at 11:59pm EDT. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message. There is no limit on the number of online entries per entrant during the entry period. You will receive one entry per Instagram post. This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Prizes and odds: Three winners will be selected and awarded a digital gift certificate that can be spent on www.caninestyles.com. 1st Place: A $250 shopping spree on caninestyles.com; 2nd Place: A $150 shopping spree on caninestyles.com; 3rd Place: A $75 shopping spree on caninestyles.com. In addition to the winners, a 15% off caninestyle.com coupon (Coupon expires July 31st 2018) will be sent to all eligible entrants via direct message on Instagram or Facebook the week of July 9th. 1st prize, 2nd, prize, & 3rd Prize will be announced via email on July 8th. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have a public Instagram account as of the beginning of the Contest period. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Prize selection: All Contest name entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the selection process evaluating the best entry, to be held after the online deadline at the Canine Styles store in New York, NY. The winners will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged, deleted or returned. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prizes.
