- For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
- All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
- International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).
Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Choose the size closest to your dog's back length â if the measurement falls between two sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit. Check the size chart on the product page for weight guidelines and available sizes.

The down puffer coat features a water and snow-resistant outer shell that keeps your dog dry in typical winter conditions. It's not fully waterproof, so for heavy or sustained rain a dedicated raincoat is a better choice.

The coat is filled with 100% duck down for excellent warmth without bulk â one of the few dog coat lines to use natural down fill. The outer shell is water- and snow-resistant polyester, and the interior is lined for comfort against your dog's body.

Machine wash with Woolite on a gentle cycle, then fluff dry with a tennis ball for best results. The tennis ball helps restore the down's loft after washing, keeping the coat fluffy and insulating.
