- For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
- All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
- International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).
Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

What size bed should I get for my dog?
Choose based on your dog’s weight. Our cotton canvas nesting beds range from 20” (up to 10 lbs) to 40” (up to 85 lbs). For example, a Cocker Spaniel typically fits a 28” bed, while a Labrador Retriever fits a 36”. All dimensions are measured from the outside, including the bolster, so the interior sleeping area will be smaller. Check the size chart on the product page for the full breakdown of weight-to-size.

Yes. Both the bottom cushion cover and the bolster cover are removable — each has its own zippered opening. Both covers are machine washable. The bolster zipper isn’t always visible at first glance, but it’s there on the interior side. This two-piece system means you can wash the entire bed surface without removing the fill by hand.

Yes. Both the bottom pillow and the bolster pillow are wrapped in water-resistant covers, so accidents won’t soak into the polyester fill. This means a spill or accident stays on the surface of the inner cover rather than saturating the cushion. The inner inserts are also machine washable for deeper cleaning when needed.
