Shipping

  • For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
  • All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
  • International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).

Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

These bowls are so beautiful and the quality is unmatched

These bowls are so beautiful and the quality is unmatched. Ordered the smaller ones but they would not work and had to return and get the larger size. they said 2 cup for the smaller one but 1 cup of food in them would have been all over. The larger size is perfect
