- For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
- All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
- International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).
Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

Canine Styles cashmere cable knit sweaters are sized by length in two-inch increments. Match your dog’s back length to the closest size on the product page size chart, and size up if your dog is between sizes. These are sleeveless pullover sweaters, so back length is the key measurement for a good fit.

How do I wash this cashmere sweater?
Hand-wash in cold water with a gentle detergent or a cashmere-specific wash. Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting, then lay flat on a clean towel to dry. You can machine-wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, but never tumble-dry, or hang — heat and agitation damage cashmere fibers. Dry cleaning is also an option.
