Shipping

For standard shipping, we ship within 2 to 3 days of an order placed. Special order and custom beds will take longer and are indicated on the product detail page.
All domestic orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 5 to 7 days.
International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service).

Please note that personalized items need up to 5 extra business days for production. With standard shipping, your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping will not reduce personalization time, only the shipping speed.

How do I find the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Choose the size closest to your dog's back length — if the measurement falls between two sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit. Check the size chart on the product page for weight guidelines and available sizes.

Is this coat water-resistant?

The cashmere puffer provides warmth and insulation. Note: the cashmere exterior is not designed for wet weather. This coat is best suited for dry, cold days. For rain or snow, a standard down puffer or horse blanket coat is a better choice

How do I clean a cashmere puffer coat?

Dry clean only. Do not machine wash. The cashmere exterior requires professional cleaning to preserve its softness, shape, and appearance. Between cleanings, store the coat in a cool, dry place.
