The Neoprene coat is waterproof and lined with polar fleece for warmth. Big and small pups alike appreciate the coverage they get because these raincoats come in sizes 8" to 28". These water repellent Polar Fleeced lined coats with easy-to-put-on velcro fastenings are machine washable. They offer complete chest coverage and are equipped with a harness hole.
