Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find the right size for my dog?
How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog's neck where the collar will sit and allow room for two fingers. Match your measurement to the leather collar size chart on the product page — your neck size may fall within more than one collar's fit range, so choose based on how snug or relaxed you prefer the fit. The rolled braided design offers a comfortable, rounded fit against the neck.
Is the brass hardware durable?
Is the brass hardware durable?
Yes — our Braided Leather Collars feature solid brass hardware, which is both strong and rust-resistant. Solid brass won't corrode the way plated or hollow hardware can, so the buckles and D-rings maintain their function and appearance over time. It's a key reason these collars hold up well with daily wear.
How do I care for a braided leather collar?
How do I care for a braided leather collar?
Wipe the collar gently with a damp cloth to remove dirt, paying attention to the braided texture where dust can settle. Let it air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Apply a leather conditioner sparingly to keep the leather supple — avoid over-conditioning, which can soften the braid. The solid brass hardware can be wiped clean with a dry cloth.
